What began with a simple run-in shelter and a few Highland cows has grown into a well-planned livestock operation. In 2022, the bank barn was designed and built for efficient livestock management. Today, the farm features approximately 11 acres of fenced pasture, divided into 9 paddocks for rotational grazing using a combination of high-tensile and woven fencing, making it ideal for sheep, goats, cattle, or other livestock.
The barn is equipped with its own dedicated electrical service and well, providing the infrastructure needed for a fully functional agricultural operation. A 6-acre hay field offers the opportunity to produce your own forage, helping reduce feed costs while supporting a more self-sufficient farming lifestyle.
